Member of Hamburg Parliament visits BSBI FCI campus

This week, a member of the Hamburg Parliament visited the BSBI FCI campus in Hamburg.

Gungor Yilmaz, Member of the Hamburg Parliament, was welcomed to the Hamburg campus by Dr Okan Tansu, Dean of the Faculty of Creative Industries. During her visit, Yilmaz was given a campus tour and interacted with faculty members. She also had an engaging discussion with Dr Tansu about the school and its future plans. She expressed her admiration, noting that BSBI is an important educational institution not only for Germany but particularly for Hamburg.

The visit marked the first step towards a potential collaboration with the city of Hamburg, aiming to secure its support for various initiatives to enhance student engagement and overall experience.

Following the visit, Dr Tansu said: “BSBI Faculty of Creative Industries wants to be an active part of the education community in Hamburg. To that end, we hosted a very important member of the Hamburg Parliament, Gungor Yilmaz, as a first step towards future collaborations.”
