CEO of BSBI Ernst Suganandarajah serves as a Co-Managing Director together with Sagi Hartov. As part of his job as CEO of BSBI he especially deals with authorities and commercial partners. Ernst is also working as a German Lawyer. His practice area is mainly in the fields of Corporate Law. Besides his activity as Co-CEO of BSBI Ernst operates his own lawfirm, that he has established after obtaining his law degree from the LMU University of Munich several years ago.

Swati has been a lecturer since 2013. Swati's career started as an IELTS trainer and then in computer science. Swati completed a master’s in Information Technology and then an MA in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from CUC, Chicago University. Swati believes nowadays everyone needs good communication and information technology knowledge. Therefore, during Swati's teaching career, the focus is generally on helping students with both of these skills.
