MEET THE BSBI TEAM

Dr. Niloufar Aminpour has a PhD in English Language and Literature with a specialisation in the areas of contemporary American drama, gender studies, and literary criticism.

Hani Ahmed Elagamawy is a Full-Time Academic Lecturer at the Berlin School of Business and Innovation (Berlin Campus), Academic Researcher in Strategy, Leadership, and Entrepreneurship, and a Former Internal Audit and Consulting Professional, where he teaches on Foundation Year and Business programmes in collaboration with the University for the Creative Arts (UCA).

Heidi Bilbao Cotal is a language specialist with a BA in Linguistics and English Literature from the Universidad de Chile and the University of Western Sydney, Australia (2001). She also holds a Master’s in English as a Foreign Language and a Master’s in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language.

John serves as a Programme Adviser at BSBI Paris, where he guides students in reaching both their academic and career aspirations.

Dr. Balaganesh is a Vice-Dean and Lecturer of Faculty Computer Science and Multimedia. He has 20 years of professional teaching experience which include overseas experience in India, Oman and Malaysia.

As one of the Programme Advisors at BSBI’s Berlin campus, Milena is committed to supporting students in achieving their academic and professional goals.

Prof. Vahid Maghsoodi is a Lecturer in Marketing at the Berlin School of Business and Innovation (BSBI). He teaches a wide range of marketing-related subjects, including Marketing Management, Brand Management, Consumer Behaviour, Marketing Communications, Services Marketing, Strategic Marketing, and Market Research, across various business schools in Berlin and Iran.

Flavio has over 14 years of professional experience in tourism, including more than 3 years in management positions. He has worked with diverse hospitality companies, revenue management, transportation companies, tourism agencies, market research, consulting projects, and as a university MBA lecturer.

Shahla Moradi is a lecturer, researcher, and health manager with extensive experience in higher education, research design, and healthcare quality assessment. She has developed a strong academic and professional background that bridges the fields of science, management, and healthcare. Her interests lie in exploring how business strategies and management practices can be effectively applied to the healthcare sector to improve quality, efficiency, and patient outcomes.
