MEET THE BSBI TEAM

Dr. EsmaeiliNasrabadi has managed 3+ teams of customs over past 5 years as well as proactive lecturer and researcher with 5+ years of experience.

Prior to joining BSBI, Dr. Palanivel held the designation “Head” Faculty of Management in Sharda University, Uzbekistan, Central Asia and “Dean of Arts” assignments in DMI St John the Baptist University, Malawi, Central Africa.

Dr. Anjum obtained her Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. Prior to that, she received an MBA in Marketing from Islamia University in Bahawalpur, Pakistan.

Dr. Anoma Paksutti is a student-centred professor with expertise in Human Resources Management and Organizational Psychology. She has 20 years of experience as a Director of Human Resources and an organizational consultant.

Dr. Navya Gubbi Sateeshchandra is a highly accomplished academic with a passion for economics and a dedication to teaching. She possesses over 12 years of experience imparting knowledge at the university level, under the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of external affairs and with NGOs.

Dr. Nguyen Manh Cuong is a lecturer at BSBI. He has Ph.D in Development Studies, Institute of Social Studies, Rotterdam University, Holland.

Dr. Noah Mutai holds a doctorate in applied statistics from Freie University Berlin, Germany. Mutai has over 8 years of experience in teaching, research, and management experience at the University level.

Dr. Gregor Tkachov is a certified university lecturer specialising in the teaching of Mathematics, Computer Science, and Natural Sciences in both German and English. He obtained his lecturer qualification (facultas docendi) following the completion of his Habilitation degree at the University of Würzburg, Germany, in 2018.

Alina Sabau is the Associate Director of Student Recruitment at BSBI, bringing over eight years of experience in international student recruitment across diverse markets. In this role, she leads with a strong commitment to creating a supportive, personalised experience for prospective students from their first enquiry all the way to successful enrolment.
