BSBI Appoints Heads of Undergraduate and Postgraduate Studies

Berlin School of Business and Innovation (BSBI) has announced the appointment of Dr Anastasios Fountis and Dr Kristina Piilik as Head of Undergraduate and Head of Postgraduate Studies respectively.

As Head of Undergraduate, Dr Fountis will be in charge of all Foundation and BA courses under both Universita Telematica Internazionale (Uninettuno) and University for the Creative Arts (UCA) partnerships. Dr Piilik will lead all Concordia University Chicago (CUC), Uninettuno and UCA postgraduate courses.

Dr Fountis and Dr Piilik will play a significant role in the continuous effort to improve and develop BSBI further and to respond to the current challenges that the global environment has brought to international higher education. To ensure a cohesive approach and continuous growth, they will work closely with Professor Dr Kyriakos Kouveliotis, Provost and Chief Academic Officer at BSBI.

The school would like to welcome Dr Piilik and Dr Fountis to their new posts and wishes them the best in their new roles.

BSBI Students Represent at the Amsterdam IC Shorts Programme 2025

From 28 July to 1 August 2025, selected BSBI students attended IC Shorts at the University of Applied Sciences Europe – Amsterdam. The week-long programme offered workshops on business planning, market research, branding, and pitching, alongside cultural and team-building activities. Guided by Head of Campus Operations Hamburg, Liz Fernando, students developed and presented business ideas at the Final Pitch Ceremony, where awards were given for Best Overall Pitch and Most Innovative Idea. All participants received certificates.

BSBI Hosts Largest Graduation Ceremony to Date

On 22 July 2025, Berlin School of Business and Innovation (BSBI) marked a significant milestone with its 9th and largest graduation ceremony held in Berlin, Germany. A total of 288 graduates and 228 guests gathered from 33 nationalities, representing BSBI’s Berlin, Hamburg, and Paris campuses. Graduates came from 16 different programmes across bachelor’s, master’s, and doctorate levels.
