BSBI Recognised in the Positive Impact Rating 2025 for Business Schools

We are delighted to share that BSBI has been featured in the 2025 edition of the Positive Impact Rating (PIR), joining some of the world’s leading business schools in a global initiative dedicated to advancing positive societal and environmental impact through responsible management education.

The PIR is a unique international rating system designed to assess business schools’ contributions to societal change, based on student feedback. The 2025 edition marks a significant milestone, with a record 86 business schools across 28 countries being rated, and over 17,000 student voices contributing to the survey. Notably, this year also introduced a Faculty Survey, enabling institutions to better align student and staff perspectives on impact, identify blind spots, and foster a more unified approach to sustainability.

In this year’s results, BSBI achieved a PIR score of 6.9, placing us in Level 3 – Progressing Schools. This level signifies institutions that are demonstrating tangible progress and evidence of results across several key dimensions of positive impact (Level 3 scores range from 5.9 to 7.3).

The results were announced during the online PIR 2025 Summit, in which BSBI also took part – underscoring our commitment to being an active player in the global dialogue on impactful education.

This recognition is a strong testament to the ongoing efforts of our students, faculty, and leadership in embedding sustainability and positive impact into the heart of our academic and institutional strategy.

We thank our student community for their participation and trust, and we reaffirm our commitment to continuous progress as we move towards becoming a globally recognised school for responsible leadership.
