BSBI Hosts Centre Dialogue for Lenkungsgruppe of the Aktion! Karl-Marx-Straße

On Tuesday 19 November, Berlin School of Business and Innovation hosted the Centre Dialogue for the Lenkungsgruppe of Aktion! Karl-Marx-Straße at its Alte Post Berlin Campus.

The event served as a platform for exchanging updates on key developments in the Karl-Marx-Straße district centre and was open to all interested parties. Charlotte Saal, Head of Student Services and Michael Ferenc, Careers Service Manager at BSBI, represented the institution during the discussions.

Under the theme “Shaping the Future Together”, Jochen Biedermann, District Councillor for Neukölln, engaged with the steering group, local actors and other stakeholders to explore how Karl-Marx-Straße and its offerings are currently perceived. Insights were gathered from various sectors, including trade, gastronomy and culture, to understand the district’s unique characteristics.

The dialogue identified opportunities to enhance Karl-Marx-Straße’s identity as a hub of diversity and creativity. Suggestions for targeted location marketing were also collected to better highlight its strengths and increase its recognition beyond Neukölln’s borders.

The event marked a collaborative step towards shaping a vibrant and inclusive future for the Karl-Marx-Straße district centre.
