BSBI hosts a Workshop on Creating a Healthy and Supportive Workplace Culture

 

In a concerted effort to prioritise mental well-being in the workplace, Berlin School of Business and Innovation (BSBI) organised a crucial workshop titled “Mental Health and Suicide Prevention,” the event aimed to equip employees with valuable insights and resources to foster a supportive environment.

The workshop was held at the BSBI Campus featuring a renowned Psychiatrist Dr. Dino Santangelo as the keynote speaker. Dr. Santangelo shared expert perspectives on navigating mental health challenges and strategies for suicide prevention. Attendees were allowed to engage in a constructive dialogue during a dedicated Q&A session with Dr. Dino Santangelo.

Thomas Gansemer, Head of HR at BSBI said: “We believe that investing in mental health initiatives is not just a responsibility but a necessity, our workshop serves as a testament to our commitment to promoting a workplace culture that prioritises the well-being of our employees.”

Attendees expressed appreciation for the chance to acquire useful insights and practical resources to help improve their mental well-being.

From 28 July to 1 August 2025, selected BSBI students attended IC Shorts at the University of Applied Sciences Europe – Amsterdam. The week-long programme offered workshops on business planning, market research, branding, and pitching, alongside cultural and team-building activities. Guided by Head of Campus Operations Hamburg, Liz Fernando, students developed and presented business ideas at the Final Pitch Ceremony, where awards were given for Best Overall Pitch and Most Innovative Idea. BSBI Hosts Largest Graduation Ceremony to Date

On 22 July 2025, Berlin School of Business and Innovation (BSBI) marked a significant milestone with its 9th and largest graduation ceremony held in Berlin, Germany. A total of 288 graduates and 228 guests gathered from 33 nationalities, representing BSBI’s Berlin, Hamburg, and Paris campuses. Graduates came from 16 different programmes across bachelor’s, master’s, and doctorate levels.
