BSBI Hosts a Panel during CZEDUCON 2024

On 19 November, the Berlin School of Business and Innovation participated in CZEDUCON 2024, a globally renowned education conference organised by the Czech National Agency for International Education and Research.

Prof. Dr. Kyriakos Kouveliotis, FRSA, Provost & Chief Academic Officer, attended virtually. Dr. Shiv Tripathi, Dean of the Faculty of Economics & Business Administration, and Dr. Farshad Badie, Dean of the Faculty of Computer Science and Informatics, participated in person.

The BSBI panel, titled ‘Balancing Quality and Affordability in International Higher Education for Sustainability Impact’, addressed challenges in internationalising higher education. The discussion focused on BSBI’s core philosophy and didactic model, emphasising the balance between standardisation for efficiency and customisation to meet diverse student needs. The panel explored how these strategies enhance the sustainability of international education programmes within BSBI’s framework.

This presentation highlighted BSBI’s innovative pedagogical model, showcasing its commitment to building a future-focused, globally relevant educational platform.

BSBI Students Represent at the Amsterdam IC Shorts Programme 2025

From 28 July to 1 August 2025, selected BSBI students attended IC Shorts at the University of Applied Sciences Europe – Amsterdam. The week-long programme offered workshops on business planning, market research, branding, and pitching, alongside cultural and team-building activities. Guided by Head of Campus Operations Hamburg, Liz Fernando, students developed and presented business ideas at the Final Pitch Ceremony, where awards were given for Best Overall Pitch and Most Innovative Idea. All participants received certificates.
