The tour was conducted by Liubov Lindau, Convention Sales Manager at Crowne Plaza Berlin, and was followed by a Q&A session with Yannick Kamstra, HR Manager at Crowne Plaza Berlin, to conclude the visit. Kunal Shah, Front Office Manager at the hotel, who is a BSBI graduate, also answered questions from the students.
