BSBI Hosts Change Management Workshop in Paris to Equip Future Leaders

BSBI/PPA Paris recently held a dynamic and insightful Change Management Workshop, led by Dr Ibrahim Baghdadi, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at the Paris campus. The event brought together students for a full day of practical learning and reflection on how to lead organisational change effectively in today’s fast-evolving business landscape.

Delivered across two interactive sessions, the workshop aimed to equip participants with real-world tools and frameworks to navigate change, understand leadership roles, and manage resistance during periods of transformation. Students engaged in a blend of case studies, group discussions, and interactive exercises designed to enhance their strategic communication and leadership agility.

“We designed the workshop to help students think beyond theory – to understand what it truly means to lead change with empathy, clarity, and confidence,” said Dr Baghdadi. “I was impressed by the level of engagement and the willingness of participants to challenge themselves.”

A key highlight of the day was the awarding of Certificates of Achievement from B2B Solutions, a certified French consulting firm renowned for its expertise in business transformation and leadership development. These certificates recognise students’ readiness to apply change management principles in their future careers.

Subhan Basit, Global MBA → RNCP Titre L7 student and President of the Student Council, shared his appreciation for the workshop:
“The session offered clear insights into one of the most crucial aspects of leadership – understanding and managing resistance to change. Dr Baghdadi broke down complex concepts using real-world examples and engaging video content. It was both informative and thought-provoking. These practical frameworks will definitely support my growth in navigating team dynamics.”

Anuradha Venkatraman, Global MBA → RNCP Titre L7 student, echoed this sentiment:
“The workshop was very well organised and thoughtfully structured. It was insightful to explore how resistance to change can be anticipated and managed within organisations. The activities helped us assess our understanding in real time, making the learning process engaging and enriching.”

With strong turnout and enthusiastic participation, the Change Management Workshop at BSBI/PPA Paris reaffirmed the institution’s commitment to preparing students as transformational leaders ready to meet the demands of global business.
