BSBI offers several undergraduate courses that are designed to provide you with all the relevant skills and knowledge needed to make an impact on the modern business world. All the bachelor programmes are formulated with three concepts in mind - enterprise, leadership and success.

All the undergraduate programmes employ hands-on teaching techniques including industry visits. The course curriculums provide a practical understanding of business concepts that can be used in real contexts.

In addition, we have refined our overall lesson aids and VLE (Virtual Learning Environment) presence, whilst we have reinforced our Student Support Services Team with additional members so that they can deal with more students more comfortably, if needed. Moreover, we have introduced in the faculty an additional team of tutors (beyond formal teaching) in order to provide students with support. Additionally, the centre offers specialist one-to-one session(s) to those learners who have formal referral from member of staff to address their specific needs.

The programme structure and the number of subjects per year in the curriculum will vary depending on the undergraduate programme you choose. However, a large portion of your work would be in the form of group work, individual learning and online tutorials.

Your learning throughout the programme may contain tutorials, presentations, lectures, workshops, seminars, animated/non-animated videos, practical work and industry trips.

Assessments may include individual or group assignments such as reports and presentations, essays, case studies and portfolio development. The assessment techniques may also include work-based activities, work experience and reflective journals.

  • B.Sc. (Hons) Business and Management: This programme is the ideal launchpad for pursuing advanced business management courses like an MBA. The coursework covers most business disciplines which will prepare you for a wide range of MBA specialisations like marketing or business analytics.
  • B.Sc. (Hons) Digital Marketing and Social Media: The bachelor’s degree will prepare you for a flourishing career in marketing. The programme curriculum can make it easier for you to acquire additional certifications in PPC marketing and social media advertising. The marketing electives in the programme can also prepare you for the extensive coursework required in a postgraduate marketing degree.
  • B.A. in Economics and Business Administration: The Bachelor’s in Economics and Business Administration will prepare you for advanced courses in human resource management, business law and accounting. The economics modules on the course will also allow you to pursue advanced accounting qualifications like ACCA.
  • B.A. in Economics and Business Administration with Foundation Diploma: This programme provides an additional foundation year that allows you to pick up the academic skills required for university study. Apart from the educational prospects associated with economics and administration, you will also develop essential employability skills and gain a perspective on different business environments.

 

Frequently Asked Questions 

BSBI does not charge any fee for applying to an undergraduate course offered by the school.

 

Since the medium of instruction for the bachelor’s programmes at BSBI is English, you will need to provide proof of your proficiency in the English language when applying. BSBI accepts IELTS, TOEFL and PTE scores. The proficiency requirements can be waived if you:

  • Are a native English speaker; or
  • Have completed your education in English (high-school diploma or I.B.)

 

Yes. BSBI has formed partnerships with Spotahome, Erasmusu and Uniplaces to help local and international students find the right accommodation for the duration of their studies in Berlin.

All students starting their undergraduate or postgraduate studies at BSBI need to have a laptop with the following specifications:

  • RAM: At least 4 GB RAM
  • CPU: At least Intel i3 or AMD Ryzen 3
  • HDD: At least 128 GB SSD
  • S.O: At least Windows 7
