The BSc in Psychology – Psychosocial Disciplines (Corso di Laurea Triennale in Psicologia – Discipline) course offered by the International Telematic University UNINETTUNO combines the scientific knowledge from psychological research and cognitive neurosciences with the knowledge from the heritage of humanistic and education sciences.
The programme focuses on the acquisition of professional-technical tools that are essential to enter the labour market. Therefore, this course favours the acquisition of theoretical knowledge and the development of professional skills that can be used in many operational settings such as psycho-social consulting, psychometric assessment, human resources management, training and guidance, healthcare and welfare within public as well as private structures.

The study of these issues aims to integrate individual and team-work activities to acquire the theoretical foundations of general, social and development psychology and suitable operational skills, such as the psycho-social survey methodology, statistical methods and skills related to communication and information technologies.
The course is delivered 100% on-campus with full access to state-of-the art facilities. Students will also have additional access to course and reading materials via the UNINETTUNO platform.
You will earn a bachelor’s degree with 180 European University Credits (ECTS). This helps student mobility in the EU when it comes to transferring credits from one higher education institution to another.

Programme Structure
The majority of your work will be completed in groups and ongoing support will be provided through the use of structured, targeted individual and online tutorials.
The learning and teaching will include a variety of methods such as lectures, tutorials, workshops, animated/non-animated video, practical work, seminars and field trips. The assessment strategy will include individual/group reports and/or presentations, case studies, essays, portfolio development, reflective journals and experiential work-based activities.
The modules of this programme are offered and delivered 100% on campus. Students will also have additional access to course and reading materials via the UNINETTUNO platform.
Teaching takes place Monday to Saturday, during morning, afternoon or evening sessions.

Learning Outcomes
The purpose of this course is to introduce the students to the field of psychology and its various disciplines and create the theoretical and practical background around them.
At the end of the course, students will have a detailed theoretical, empirical and applied knowledge in psychology along with practical skills, research and cognitive techniques and new ways of thinking which are necessary for their academic and professional development.
Career Progression
Knowledge and skills gained from a degree in psychology can be useful throughout a variety of career paths. A degree in psychology opens the doors that can lead to a professional license in social work, counselling, mental health and applied behaviour analysis, among other things.
