Dr. Aidan Islyami studied Mathematics and Economics, earning a BSc in Applied Mathematics and an MA in Economics. He obtained a PhD in Quantitative Economics from Kiel University (CAU) in Germany in 2012.
Dr. Olajide Festus Awokoya has a Ph.D. degree from Rennes School of Business, France. He joined the Berlin School of Business and Innovation Paris Campus, where he teaches several course modules, including strategy, marketing, management, and international development.
Dr. Olufunke Mercy Popoola is a lecturer in the faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Berlin School of Business and Innovation. She holds a doctorate degree in Business Administration a master’s degree in Economics from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Education from the same university.
Dr. Alina Baskakova specialises in operations research, and modelling for logistics and supply chain management. She holds a PhD in Economics from St. Petersburg State University of Economics. Prior to joining BSBI, she worked in Russia as a lecturer at the National Research University Higher School of Economics and St. Petersburg State University of Engineering and Economics.
Prior to joining BSBI, Dr. Palanivel held the designation “Head” Faculty of Management in Sharda University, Uzbekistan, Central Asia and “Dean of Arts” assignments in DMI St John the Baptist University, Malawi, Central Africa.
Amir Teimourian is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and a rich history of academic and research contributions. He holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Eastern Mediterranean University.
Dr. Priya Pattanaik worked as a postdoctoral scientist at IMT Atlantique, France, in the Image and Information Processing department of the LaTIM research group, focusing on developing concepts and tools to address one of the great challenges of the Musculoskeletal (MSK) field: understanding and exploiting the link between the shape and function of a joint (2020-2022).
Dr. Fountis earned a BSc in Physics (U of Athens & FU Berlin), an MBA (ALBA-Athens) and a DBA (U of Atlanta, GA). He is a Harvard Alumnus (HKS-NIS 2014 & Higher Education Teaching Certificate, GSAS) & INSEAD Alumnus (MAP; Promotion 10F).
Dr. Roman Bhuiyan is a computer science & informatics lecturer at BSBI. Dr Bhuiyan completed his postdoctoral fellowship at Fraunhofer IGD in Rostock, Germany, from November 2022 to October 2023. He holds a Ph.D. in Information Technology from Multimedia University, Malaysia, where his research focused on computer vision and deep learning techniques and their applications in visual data analysis.
