BSBI publishes ninth issue of Pioneer magazine: Gender shift and equality

On Friday 19 December, Berlin School of Business and Innovation proudly unveiled the ninth issue of its renowned Pioneer magazine.

In this latest edition, the magazine delves into the critical theme of gender shift and equality. Dr Ariadna (Ari) Font Llitjós, the Former Director for AI & Ethics at Twitter and Co-Founder and CEO of Alinia AI, took centre stage in this edition, sharing profound insights into the significance of gender shift and equality. Pioneer 9 boasts a diverse array of articles contributed by both students and staff members at BSBI, offering a rich tapestry of perspectives and experiences.

This edition is filled with compelling news about landmark events such as the organisation of the inaugural TEDx event at Alte Post campus, and the hosting of the first international conference on artificial intelligence. These milestones underscore BSBI’s commitment to innovation and thought leadership. The magazine also captures pivotal moments like the summer graduation ceremony for the class of 2023, the vibrant multicultural day celebrating diversity among students and staff, and a roundup of BSBI’s numerous achievements and accolades.

BSBI Students Represent at the Amsterdam IC Shorts Programme 2025

From 28 July to 1 August 2025, selected BSBI students attended IC Shorts at the University of Applied Sciences Europe – Amsterdam. The week-long programme offered workshops on business planning, market research, branding, and pitching, alongside cultural and team-building activities. Guided by Head of Campus Operations Hamburg, Liz Fernando, students developed and presented business ideas at the Final Pitch Ceremony, where awards were given for Best Overall Pitch and Most Innovative Idea. All participants received certificates.

BSBI Hosts Largest Graduation Ceremony to Date

On 22 July 2025, Berlin School of Business and Innovation (BSBI) marked a significant milestone with its 9th and largest graduation ceremony held in Berlin, Germany. A total of 288 graduates and 228 guests gathered from 33 nationalities, representing BSBI’s Berlin, Hamburg, and Paris campuses. Graduates came from 16 different programmes across bachelor’s, master’s, and doctorate levels.
