BSBI Empowers Future Leaders Through Leadership & Management Workshop in Paris

BSBI/PPA recently concluded a dynamic three-day Leadership & Management Workshop in it’s Paris campus, thoughtfully led by Vice Dean Dr. Ibrahim Baghdadi. Held across three sessions, the workshop brought together our students for an engaging learning experience focused on leadership fundamentals, team collaboration, and effective management strategies.
Designed to be highly interactive, each session encouraged students to explore core leadership concepts through hands-on activities, collaborative discussions, and real-world examples. The workshop culminated in a formal assessment, after which participants who completed all three sessions were awarded certificates of achievement from B2B Solutions, a certified French consulting firm renowned for shaping emerging business leaders.
“The three-day Leadership Training at BSBI/PPA provided students with a dynamic foundation in managing people, mastering communication, and fostering effective team building,” said Dr. Ibrahim Baghdadi. “Participants demonstrated strong engagement and critical thinking, actively contributing to vibrant discussions and collaborative exercises. This is just the beginning—we’re already planning more impactful workshops to build on this success.”
Isaac Ayuk Belombo, a Global MBA → RNCP Titre L7 student with eight years of experience in the African tech industry, shared his reflections:
“Learning from Dr. Ibrahim, both in class and in this workshop, has been an enriching growth experience. The most valuable insight I gained was how to overcome resistance to change within an organization, a skill I believe is essential in today’s fast-paced business world. I also appreciated learning about the four leadership styles and how adapting between them can lead to more effective outcomes. This workshop helped me identify areas of improvement in my past leadership roles and gave me a clearer path forward.”
Adordie Mawufemor Emefa, also a Global MBA → RNCP Titre L7 candidate, echoed similar sentiments:
“This session deepened my understanding of leadership as both a language and a skill. It balanced self-awareness, strategic thinking, and inspiration. I now feel more intentional about how I lead and more confident in contributing to team settings. I’d rate this experience 10/10 and look forward to future workshops.”

At the heart of the workshop was our continued commitment to holistic student development, combining academic rigor with practical, career-focused learning.
As BSBI/PPA Paris continues to invest in leadership education, students can look forward to more opportunities that blend insight, interaction, and impact, preparing them to lead with purpose in a constantly evolving global landscape.
