BSBI highly commended at the AMBA & BGA Excellence Awards 2026

AMBA & BGA has announced the winners of the Excellence Awards 2026, celebrating outstanding achievements across the global business education community.

The School of Business and Innovation received a Highly Commended recognition in the Best Lifelong Learning Initiative Award 2026, presented in association with Ready Education.

This award recognises AMBA & BGA schools that are redefining teaching and learning across student communities, alumni networks, and executive education.

BSBI was recognised for its AI University and Metaverse Campus Initiative. This commendation reflects the institution’s ongoing commitment to innovation, digital transformation, and future-focused education.

Professor Dr Kyriakos Kouveliotis, Provost & Chief Academic Officer of BSBI, said: “Very proud to receive this Highly Commended recognition for the AI University project and our Metaverse Campus. Many thanks to Dr Okan Tansu for the amazing support.”

“This year’s competition was very challenging, with a 35% increase in the number of proposals submitted. Through this prestigious commendation, BSBI has also proudly represented the GUS Group.”
