Application Submission
Applicants submit their application through one of two routes: Standard Entry or Non-Standard Entry, starting the admissions process for the chosen programme.

Recording the application
All applications are logged in our system to ensure that your details and documents are tracked accurately for review by the admissions team.

Notification of decision / requesting missing information
The admissions team reviews applications. If documents are missing or additional details are needed, applicants are contacted to provide them.

Submission of requested outstanding information
Applicants submit any outstanding documents before the programme start date, confirming via a Declaration Form that all pending items will be provided on time.

Offer Letter & Study Agreement
After approval of your application, you receive an Offer Letter and Study Agreement outlining programme details, requirements, and the next steps to confirm your place.

Interview
All applicants, standard or non-standard, complete a short interview with the Sales Team to verify documents, programme knowledge, language level, and payment readiness.

Offer Acceptance by Applicant
Applicants secure their place by signing and returning the Study Agreement, confirming acceptance of the offer and commitment to start the programme.

Acceptance Letter & Visa Supporting Documents
Upon acceptance, students receive an official Acceptance Letter, which can be used to support visa applications, if applicable, before completing enrolment and induction.

Enrolment and Induction
Students complete enrolment, verify all documents, and attend the induction programme to get an introduction to the course, campus, and first-semester preparations.
