MANDATORY FEES
Understanding the costs associated with your programme is an important part of planning your studies. Below are the standard non‑tuition fees that apply to BSBI students in Spain:
- €89 Technology Provision Fee – Covers technology services and support.
- €490 Cualificam Fee – Applies for CUALIFICAM certification.
- €710 University Registration Fee (UoC) – Applies for University of Chichester validation.
Note: These fees are separate from tuition costs and do not include the tuition fee itself.
All fees contribute to ensuring high‑quality academic delivery, access to resources, and international recognition where applicable.
ADDITIONAL FEES FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Some optional or administrative services may incur additional charges depending on your circumstances. The fees below apply only where relevant:
- €110 Graduation Fee
- €500 Instalment Administration Fee – Applies to payment plans with more than 6 and up to 10 monthly instalments.
- €300 Instalment Administration Fee – Applies to payment plans with up to 6 monthly instalments.
- €250 Deferral Fee
- €250 Administrative Fee for Termination of Study Agreement
- €25 Postal Delivery of Certificate Fee
- €250 ECTS Certificate Fee – Applies in the event of termination of the Study Agreement.

Funding
BSBI offers a range of funding options to help make your studies more accessible. These opportunities are designed to support students with different financial situations and ambitions:
IP Charges: €300 for a 6-month plan | €500 for a 10-month plan
Please note that opting for installment payment may increase the overall cost by approximately €300 compared to paying early in full.
Laudex is a Mexican educational financing provider offering student loan solutions for students pursuing studies in Mexico and abroad. Through Laudex, eligible Mexican students may apply for financing to support their studies with BSBI Spain. Loan approval, terms, and conditions are subject to Laudex’s eligibility criteria and assessment process.

Availability and eligibility criteria may vary by country. Applications and approvals are handled directly by GlobCred.
Eligible applicants may be able to access competitive interest rates, typically ranging between 7% and 12% per annum, subject to lender assessment and individual eligibility."
The application process is simple and can be completed digitally, subject to approval by Sabadell Consumer Finance S.A.U. Available to individuals with a valid DNI or NIE who are residents and have income in Spain.
