The MSc Artificial Intelligence (AI) course provides an approach to learning that encourages students to work creatively on business problems whilst also enabling them to develop confidence in becoming reflective, independent practitioners, strategic thinkers, and decision-makers.

Upon successful completion of the MSc Artificial Intelligence programme, students should be able to

  • Build a strong foundation in artificial intelligence by exploring key areas such as machine learning, AI systems, ethics, legal frameworks, and emerging technologies.
  • Choose a specialised pathway in Robotics Engineering, Blockchain and Fintech, Chatbot Design, or Metaverse and Digitalisation, allowing you to tailor your studies to your career goals.
  • Gain practical experience through workshops, projects, case studies, and hands-on learning activities that connect theoretical concepts with real-world AI applications.
  • Develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making skills while learning to design, evaluate, and implement innovative AI-driven solutions.

The modules of this Artificial Intelligence Master’s programme are offered and delivered 100% on campus.

The majority of your work will be completed in groups and on-going support will be provided through the use of structured, targeted individual tutorials and online tutorials.
The learning and teaching of the Masters in Artificial Intelligence (AI) programme will consist of a variety of elements such as lectures, tutorials, workshops, animated/non-animated video, practical work, seminars and trips. The assessment strategy will include individual/group reports and/or presentations, case studies, essays, portfolio development, reflective journals and experiential work-based activities.
The pathway will be offered if the minimum class size of 15 students is met to ensure a good academic experience.
Teaching takes place Monday to Saturdays, during morning, afternoon, or evening sessions.

Academic Profile

  • Min age: 21
  • An Honours Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent international qualification
  • Successful completion of a bachelor’s degree from a recognised university
  • Consideration will also be given to applicants with a minimum of 3-years relevant managerial experience, demonstrating an ability to study at postgraduate level.

English Proficiency

  • IELTS: 6.0 overall  TOEFL IBT: 80 (Listening 17, Reading 18, Speaking 20, Writing 17). Pearson Test of English (PTE): 56 (with min 51 in each component). Duolingo English Test: 105+.
