Flavio Andrew Santos is a Lecturer at BSBI, as well as researcher and PhDc at the University of Lisbon. He is a member of LABCONS-Laboratory of Behavioral Studies in Tourism in Federal Fluminense, Brazil, and a reviewer of important journals such as the International Journal of Wine Business Research, Asian Journal of Economics, Business and Accounting, PASOS Revista de Turismo y Patrimonio Cultural, and others. With more than 11 years of professional experience in tourism & marketing (3 years in management positions), he worked with the marketing sector for hospitality companies, revenue management, tourism agencies, market research, consulting projects, and MBA lecturer in universities in Brazil.
