Volunteers play a crucial role in addressing pressing global challenges, from advancing sustainable development goals to supporting communities in times of crisis. To acknowledge the invaluable contributions of volunteers across the world, United Nations (UN) celebrates the International Volunteer Day. It inspires others to join the movement, fostering a culture of empathy, solidarity, and collective action.

On behalf of the BSBI academic faculty, staff, and the management team, we are thrilled to invite you to join us in celebrating the International Volunteer Day on 4 December. Let us spread a powerful message that volunteering is not just an act of kindness; it is a force for positive change.

During the event, an international Quiz will be organised. For the first time in BSBI, an event brings students from Berlin, Hamburg, Paris, and Barcelona campuses together in an online showdown. This is your chance to showcase your knowledge in geography, delve into the history of the UN Organisation, and tackle intriguing International Volunteer Day questions.

Let’s celebrate the spirit of volunteerism, and make a collective impact.

BSBI students who are based in Berlin can join onsite. Please register here.
