Participants focus on AI marketing, sustainable fashion and brand innovation, exploring how businesses can embrace sustainability while maintaining market appeal. This project highlights BSBI’s dedication to addressing global challenges through academic-industry partnerships.

This competition, in partnership with IDEAUP Esade Ennova, aims to ignite innovative business ideas among students. As the largest student startup competition in Southern Europe, it provides BSBI students with unparalleled access to industry leaders and experts in entrepreneurship and business education, offering a transformative platform to develop their skills and networks.

David Andrés, Consulting Analyst at Deloitte, who initiated the IDEAUP Esade Ennova competition, said: “BSBI Stars is the perfect initiative for empowering students who aspire to follow an entrepreneurial path. The collaboration with IDEAUP at Esade Barcelona takes this vision a step further, helping students with the skills and networks they need to transform their ideas into impactful, scalable ventures.”

Professor Dr Kyriakos Kouveliotis FRSA said: “BSBI Stars is a wonderful new initiative which redefines startup competitions and enhances the skills, talents and entrepreneurial spirit of our students. It is added to the long list of initiatives at the school, continuing our constant effort to provide the necessary tools and instruments to students in order not just to succeed in the contemporary world’s challenges but also to become leaders in their fields.”
