This interactive workshop is designed for educators and focuses on connection, mutual support, and shared understanding—areas often overlooked in academic environments. Rather than defining mental health, it creates a safe space to reflect on common challenges such as cognitive fatigue, attention difficulties, acculturative stress, performance pressure, and work-life balance.
