Metaverse and Digital Twin are at the forefront of the technological revolution, driving greater interconnectedness and immersive experiences. The Metaverse is a virtual realm of interconnected digital spaces for real-time engagement, exploration, and interaction. A Digital Twin is a virtual replica of a physical asset, process, system, or environment that mirrors its real-world counterpart.
To provide insights into these technologies, the BSBI IT & AI Society is hosting a workshop titled “Metaverse and Digital Twin” on 5 July 2024 from 1-2PM CET at the Alte Post Berlin Campus. Dr Lawrence Ibeh, Lecturer and IT & AI Society Coordinator, will lead the workshop.
Participants will explore the applications, trends, and challenges associated with these technologies.
This on-campus event is open to all BSBI students who are interested in exploring, learning about, and building a career in the IT industry.
