In-class assignments:

Week 1: Engage participants in a simulation exercise to negotiate across cultures by providing cross-cultural communication scenarios.

Week 2: Participants research ethical dilemmas commonly encountered in international business, such as bribery, supply chain ethics and environmental sustainability and explore potential solutions from an ethical perspective.

Week 3: The participants will conduct negotiation scenarios, allowing them to practice advanced negotiation techniques and apply the principles learned during the session.

She firmly believes in the importance of cultural intelligence and respect, particularly in a diverse educational setting and consistently integrates these values into her teaching approach. With expertise in areas such as global tourism, cultural intelligence and cross-cultural communication, Dr. Kentra brings a wealth of knowledge and practical experience to her role. Her professional journey includes serving as a lecturer at Sejong University and City College in South Korea and engaging in several research projects with various Korean institutes. Dr. Kentra is also a skilled translator and interpreter who provided Arabic–French–Spanish–English–Korean interpretation and translation services at JobPass Korea, Flitto and Clincierge. Dr. Kentra’s diverse background, multilingual proficiency and extensive experience makes her a suitable mentor to lecture participants about ethics, compliance and code of conduct, enriching their learning experience.
