Role Summary

Reporting to the Management Accountant, this role will include:

• Forecasting, budgeting and cashflow management
• Build and manage financial reports
• Managing and growing the finance team
• Oversee and review accounting tasks and compliance
• Presents financial reports to the Executive team and other stakeholders
• Advise management on cost-saving and efficient opportunities
• Meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
• Supporting the operational Finance
• Manage and improve financial IT environment

 Qualifications & Education

• Bachelor/Master in Finance, Economics, Accounting
• CPA,CFA preferred
• Minimum of 8-10 years experience in Finance/Accounting

Knowledge, Skills & Training

• Good knowledge of ERP, FP&A software and advanced Excel skills
• Understands financial reporting and has strong analytical skills
• Communicates effectively with very good written and verbal communications skills in English and German
• Develops strong working relationships with colleagues accross departments and seniority levels
• Good knowledge of IFRS and HGB Accounting standards
• Able to multitask, well organised and resilient
