Programme Structure
The Executive MBA is structured in three phases: building core foundations, exploring growth and innovation, and applying knowledge through real-world projects — each designed to blend theory with practice.
- Strategy Development and Implementation.
- Accountancy and Finance
- Leadership, People and Organisational Development.
- Problem Solving, Creativity and Change
- Operations and Information Systems
- Strategic marketing and sales
- The final phase encourages self-directed learning and professional practice. Students will undertake either a Business Consultancy Project or a Management Research Project, supported through one-to-one tutorial supervision and peer-to-peer action learning.
- Please note: The Business Consultancy Project requires participants to identify a host organisation and secure agreement to conduct the project within that context.
Minimum age: 21 years old
Academic qualifications:
- An Honours Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent international qualification
- International qualifications will be assessed for equivalency using:
- UK ENIC (UK National Information Centre for global qualifications and skills)
- The University’s internal expertise and experience with overseas qualifications
- Consideration will also be given to applicants with at least three years of relevant managerial experience, provided they can demonstrate the ability to study at postgraduate level.
