BSBI holds professional certificate event for academic faculty

Last week, the Berlin School of Business and Innovation held the ‘Learning and Teaching in Higher Education’ professional certificate event, for its academic faculty members.

The event was coordinated by Dr Sabina Kohlmann, Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at BSBI, and took place at the Alte Post Berlin campus. Faculty members from all three faculties attended, with Berlin campus faculty present on-site, while those from the other campuses joined online, amounting to over 100 attendees.

In recognition of their participation and dedication to professional development, all attendees will receive a Certificate of Participation.

Dr Sabina stated: “The “Learning and Teaching in Higher Education” Professional Certificate, initiated by BSBI’s Provost, Prof. Dr. Kyriakos Kouveliotis, FRSA, benchmarks against world-class institutions to establish a new paradigm of educational excellence for our esteemed organization. This initiative not only strengthens our quality assurance framework but also significantly elevates the overall academic experience, resulting in enhanced student journeys and a more dynamic learning ecosystem, as corroborated by our industry partners.”

This certificate is currently only available internally for BSBI’s Academic Faculty.
