There is no possibility in the digital era we live in and the globally connected world of recruiters and candidates to present oneself successfully to a potential employer without a professional online networking profile.

Platforms such as LinkedIn, XING, Behance, Dribbble or GitHub have millions of registered accounts each. Whether on a business degree, an IT one or as student on a creative course, candidates cannot really afford not to have a profile on one of these portals.

This practical workshop will show BSBI students and recent graduates how to set up a new account or enhance an existing one on LinkedIn or XING.

Following our experience with hundreds of accounts which have led its owners to internship or graduate position offers, we will offer the audience ten quick tips & tricks on how to make their LinkedIn or XING page a success. 

Excellent profiles from other BSBI students and graduates, as examples to follow, will also be showcased.

An integral part of every good online account is a professional profile picture. As part of the workshop, BSBI students and recent graduates can have a personal image taken by BSBI Photo and Video Production team on the following week (27.03) and use it on their newly revamped LinkedIn or XING.
