We are pleased to host a dedicated preparation session ahead of the GGG Career Fair, which will take place on 6 November at the UE University of Applied Sciences. This event is jointly organised by BSBI, GISMA, and UE University.

During this interactive session, you will learn how to make the most out of the Career Fair experience – from preparation to follow-up. Our experts will guide you through practical steps to ensure you are ready to impress potential employers and network effectively.

Key topics include:

• Before the Fair: How to research participating organisations, review their websites, and create your personal list of companies to visit.
• Preparing for the Day: Tips on updating your CV and LinkedIn profile, preparing a professional self-introduction, and crafting questions for company representatives.
• During the Fair: Understanding the event layout, morning activities and company presentations, business etiquette at the stands, and essential networking Dos & Don’ts.
• After the Fair: The importance of thank-you notes, following up on LinkedIn, and applying for vacancies with companies you met at the event.

This is a registration-only event delivered in hybrid mode.

BSBI students from the Barcelona, Hamburg, and Paris campuses can join online. Please note that BSBI students must have a complete JobTeaser profile (including name, personal image, degree course title, and uploaded CV) to participate. UE and GISMA students should register via their respective portals (JobTeaser or Handshake) and can also attend the session online.
