
Dr. Shiv Tripathi Appointed Co-Chair of PRME Anti-Poverty Working Group
We are pleased to congratulate Dr. Shiv Tripathi, Dean, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at BSBI, on his appointment as Steering Committee Co-Chair of the PRME Working Group on Poverty: A Challenge for Management Education (PRME Anti-Poverty Working Group), effective 1 January 2026.
The Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) is a United Nations (UN)–supported initiative, founded in 2007 as the academic network of the UN Global Compact. PRME engages a global network of more than 850 business and management schools worldwide, committed to advancing responsible management education, research, and thought leadership in alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Expressing his gratitude to the working group members and fellow steering committee colleagues, Dr. Tripathi noted that this role will provide an important opportunity to develop new responsible management education interventions and to contribute to poverty alleviation projects at a global level. He also extended his congratulations to the other newly appointed members of the PRME Anti-Poverty Working Group Steering Committee.
This appointment reflects Dr. Tripathi’s continued commitment, through BSBI, to responsible management education and to addressing pressing global challenges through academic leadership and collaboration.
