BSBI hosts UNIQLO presentation for its students
Recently, BSBI’s Berlin campus buzzed with excitement as the Careers Team hosted an event designed to help final-semester students and recent graduates take the next step in their professional journeys. The event featured UNIQLO, one of the global leaders in apparel fashion, currently expanding rapidly in Germany.
The event, moderated by BSBI Careers Service Manager, Michael Ferenc, started by welcoming Florian Conrads, Operations Support Manager at UNIQLO Germany & Poland, who presented the company’s LifeWear philosophy and its employment opportunities available through the UNIQLO EUROPE Graduate Management Programme (UMC) which takes on 800 new hires a year globally. It was followed by an extensive Q&A session where audience members asked detailed questions.

Michael Ferenc said: “It is the type of a dynamic, innovative organisation, operating globally, hiring across borders which our students and graduates are deeply interested in and keen to work for. It again brought home the important message of the necessity to learn German, French or Spanish if you want to progress on the local labour markets.”
