BSBI, Gisma and UE organise the most popular Career Fair in their history

On Thursday 6th November 2025, the University of Europe for Applied Sciences hosted the GGG Autumn Career Fair 2025 at its Berlin campus, in association with Berlin School of Business and Innovation and Gisma University of Applied Sciences. This was the sixth Career Fair organised on behalf of GGG and the most popular one yet, with an estimated 1150 students and alumni from BSBI, Gisma and UE, along with 31 organisations in attendance.

The morning activities programme included individual company presentations from brands such as Minor Hotels, Phillip Morris, Tata or SAP, CV checks with Careers Advisors, a professional photoshoot and career guidance sessions with recruiters from Talent Crunch in Berlin.

During the main event, students had the opportunity to meet with representatives from various industries such as banking, manufacturing, government and recruitment agencies, software, e-commerce, design, hospitality and other.

Aviad Thenhaoser, Head of Career Development Centre at UE, said: “It is absolutely amazing to witness the growth of this career fair, semester after semester, and to see the fruitful collaboration between the three entities reflected in the increasing number of participating students and organizations. Events like this truly demonstrate the power of connection and the opportunities that arise when education and industry come together.”

After the main event, the visiting organisations and the hosts took part in a professional networking session in the UE’s cafeteria where they shared their experiences, feedback and discussed avenues for prospective cooperation.

As the format of the GGG Fair outgrows BSBI and UE campuses in Berlin, the next edition of the Fair will be moved out to a bigger venue and will take place in May 2026.
