BSBI Contributes to RMERC 2025
Prof. Dr. Shiv K. Tripathi, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at BSBI, participated in the 12th Responsible Management Education Research Conference (RMERC) in Belgrade and presented the baton on behalf of the 11th RMERC host, BSBI. Prof. Tripathi also chaired a session and co-hosted a roundtable during the event.
The 12th RMERC was co-organised by the Faculty of Organisational Sciences (FON), University of Belgrade, and the PRME Anti-Poverty Working Group. It took place from 21–23 October 2025.
This year’s central theme, “Rethinking Growth and Exploring New Possibilities for a Regenerative World,” emphasised shifting management education beyond traditional sustainability toward a regenerative approach.

The conference gathered researchers, educators, business leaders, and policymakers from 38 countries to discuss embedding purpose and planetary health into business models and leadership development. Key focus areas included the ethical use of artificial intelligence (AI) in RME, empowering regenerative and purpose-driven leadership, evolving assessment models to prioritise authentic learning over written assignments in the age of AI, and advancing action on UN Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education), including the drafting of the PRME Champions Manifesto on SDG 4.
