BSBI Berlin successfully completes ISO 9001 certification audit

BSBI Berlin has successfully completed its ISO 9001 certification audit, marking an important milestone in its commitment to quality management and continuous improvement.

This achievement follows a year of focused development and strong cross-departmental collaboration across BSBI Berlin. ISO 9001 reflects a structured approach to quality management, helping organisations strengthen process reliability, improve consistency and create greater transparency across internal operations.

By implementing a comprehensive quality management system, BSBI Berlin has built a stronger foundation for clear procedures, efficient workflows and continuous improvement. This framework also supports the systematic assessment of risks and opportunities, helping teams maintain process stability and strengthen organisational performance over time.

The successful outcome reflects the dedication, diligence and teamwork of colleagues across the institution. Their efforts were also recognised by the external Lead Auditor, who highlighted BSBI Berlin’s high level of preparation, the quality of its documentation and the strong collaboration between departments.

The auditor also praised the team spirit across the institution, the progress made since the initial certification, and the excellent collaboration between leadership, Academia, HR and Operations. In addition, the auditor noted the innovative approaches within the academic department and the high-quality support provided to students.

This milestone reflects BSBI Berlin’s continued focus on strengthening internal processes, supporting effective collaboration and delivering a high-quality experience for students and staff.
