Alton Career Fair 2026

UE and BSBI Careers Teams in Hamburg held a third edition of their annual Career Fair on the 7th May 2026 at the UE Campus in the district of Altona. The event was attended by over 250 students and graduates as well as recruiters and industry professionals from 10 different companies and organisations including from Hapag-Lloyd AG, Statista, Tennium and more.

From CV consultations and a LinkedIn photoshoot in the morning, to face-to-face conversations with employers in the afternoon, the day offered a platform for international talent to explore the local job market, examine potential career entry points and build their professional network of connections. It was also well received and highly rated by both the visiting organisations and the participants who offered it an average of 4.7 and 4.1 respectively in their post-event evaluations.

BSBI and UE are proud to continue building bridges between higher education and the local industry in Hamburg and strengthening the employability of their students and graduates through these connections.
