Our team

Overview

Dr Nol Krasniqi is a Lecturer and Academic Researcher at the Berlin School of Business and Innovation (BSBI). His academic background integrates economics, management, and agribusiness, with research focusing on management strategies, leadership development, innovation, and policy implications in the fields of agribusiness and economics.

He holds a PhD in Economic Sciences from the University of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté in Dijon, France, and a Master’s degree in Agribusiness and Rural Development from the Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences (MATE).

Before joining BSBI, Dr Krasniqi served as Head of the Agribusiness Programme, where he led curriculum development, accreditation, and quality assurance processes, including the successful accreditation of the Master’s in Agribusiness Management. He has been actively involved in curriculum design, student supervision, and academic research, contributing to both teaching and institutional development.

Dr Krasniqi has extensive experience teaching undergraduate and postgraduate modules. His teaching philosophy emphasises analytical thinking, evidence-based decision-making, and the practical application of theory to real-world business challenges.

His research includes studies on income diversification, SME development, and agricultural efficiency. His current projects explore digital transformation in agribusiness, sustainable entrepreneurship, and the implications of innovation policy in emerging economies. He has collaborated with international partners such as the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and the French Development Agency (AFD), contributing to academic and policy dialogues on rural development and business management.

Dr Krasniqi has broad experience in research and policy analysis across several European and Balkan countries, supporting initiatives that align business practices with agricultural and economic policy frameworks.

He is a Certified Corporate Panel Trainer and Certified Curricular Redesign Trainer, contributing to international projects aimed at strengthening private sector partnerships in higher education. Through Erasmus+ initiatives, he has participated in academic exchanges and teaching programmes at various universities across Europe.

Dr Krasniqi is passionate about fostering innovation-driven education and supporting students to develop managerial and entrepreneurial skills essential for success in global business environments.
