This practical session explains how recruiters and hiring managers in Germany and Europe review job applications using ATS – application tracking systems. You will learn why certain CVs move forward, how keywords influence screening and where applicants often lose relevance. 

The workshop will demonstrate how ChatGPT can support clearer, more relevant CV and cover letter generation when used properly — as an assistant, not as a shortcut. There will be no tech talk, no theory and no hacks. Instead, real hiring insights, expertise from recruiters and talent acquisition professionals, examples of common mistakes and a simple, reusable approach grounded in everyday application scenarios will be shared and provided.
