User experience (UX) design has been a recurring buzz phrase as the tech stack grows and as customer needs evolve. It is now an integral part of product strategy as companies address the adaptability and agility of key competitors but more importantly to build user trust.
UX design involves aesthetics, design, usability and function. It addresses the need for a more meaningful and effective customer journey. This master class series will give an overview of the UX/UI Designs and UX/UI Research profession. The series will be led by Dr Lawrence Ibeh, Lecturer at BSBI.
It is open to BSBI students who are interested in the technology and the practice of UX/UI.
