Jo gained a BSc (Hons) in Psychology at Cardiff Universty and has enjoyed working with people ever since, having 15 years' experience in the learning disability sector. She has taught TEFL since 2011 to over 200 students & loves to work out what makes each individual tick in order to learn best. She has experience teaching corporate English in many sectors including nursing, pharmacy, steel and journalism, & has coached people through the Cambridge exams up to proficiency level.
