Michelle Mayo is the Campus Manager for BSBI Barcelona, bringing extensive experience in operations, customer service and organisational management within international education environments.
With a strong focus on quality, efficiency and continuous improvement, Michelle is passionate about creating and implementing processes that enhance the student experience and optimise campus operations. She thrives in fast-paced, multicultural environments and is recognised for her collaborative approach, adaptability and attention to detail.
Before joining BSBI Barcelona, Michelle worked at Global University Systems in Málaga as Customer Service Manager and Office Manager. During this time, she collaborated across multicultural and multidivisional teams, driving customer satisfaction through the improvement of service procedures, close incident monitoring and the development of a student-centred environment.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, Michelle brings a proactive mindset and a strong commitment to operational excellence, helping ensure an outstanding experience for students and staff across the Barcelona campus.
