Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Finanzbuchhalter**, mit dem nötigen Drive, um unser schnellwachsendes Unternehmen in den Kernprozessen der Finanzbuchhaltung zu unterstützen und diese zu optimieren. Eigene Ideen und Vorschläge sind dabei sehr willkommen.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • buchhalterische Erfassung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle
  • Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung von debitorischen, kreditorischen und Sachkontenbelegen
  • Verbuchung von Bankauszügen und Erstellung von Zahlläufen
  • Ansprechpartner für Geschäftsführung und Partnern der angegliederten Gesellschaften zu Sachverhalten im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung
  • periodengerechte Buchungen zum Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschluss
  • Durchführung von Intercompany-Abstimmungen, sowie Kontenabstimmung, -pflege und -analyse
  • Projektmitarbeit und selbständige Bearbeitung von Sonderthemen
  • Optimierung der Buchsläufe und Prozesse in enger Abstimmung mit der Führungskraft

Über dich:

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation  z.B. Ausbildung zum Steuerfachangestellten
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse HGB und UStG
  • Kenntnisse in DATEV
  • Kenntnisse in IFRS von Vorteil
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse in den MS-Office Produkten
  • Eigeninitiative und Selbstorganisation
  • Sicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift

Aufgabe

  • Planung, Vorbereitung und Abhaltung/Durchführung von Modulen und Unterstützung des Lernprozesses der Studierenden in verschiedenen Studiengängen und zugehörigen Fachbereichen
  • Beratung, Unterstützung und Tutorenbetreuung für Studierendengruppen und einzelne Studierende auf Bedarfsbasis
  • Verwendung verschiedener pädagogischer Techniken zur Motivation und Einbeziehung der Studierenden
  • Material- und Auditvorbereitung
  • Vorbereitung der Online-Plattform
  • Planung von Orientierungs- und Einführungsveranstaltungen
  • Einhaltung der Richtlinien von Partnerorganisationen und der internen Qualitätssicherungsrichtlinien im Zusammenhang mit Studiengängen
  • Auf- und Ausbau von Beziehungen zu Partnerorganisationen

Erfahrung

Role Summary

Reporting to the Management Accountant, this role will include:

  • Processing of employee expense reimbursement, credit cards, expense claims and petty cash
  • Assisting with posting payments in Data Base and bank reconciliation process
  • Perform creditor reconciliations on a regular basis
  • Liaising and resolving outstanding queries with suppliers
  • Assisting with day-to-day banking, particularly electronic banking, including online bank statements (balance and transaction enquiries) and setting up and releasing payments
  • Assisting in the preparation and review of monthly expense report
  • Assisting with all aspects of accounts receivable to include debtors’ reconciliation, payment reconciliation, posting invoices etc.
  • Other administrative duties including document profiling and filing etc.
  • Assisting Management Accountant, Financial Controller and GFD with tasks and projects as required
  • Assisting with the preparation of other ad hoc reports including preparation of budgets, and forecasts, audit queries as required

Other activities as required to support the Finance team and the wider operation in delivery, including holiday and absence cover for the other team members

Qualifications & Education

  • Competent in MS Office Software, especially MS Excel (intermediate and above level)
  • Able to analyse data and present information in a clear manner
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • Positive and intuitive approach to problem solving
  • A flexible approach to working and the ability to cope with frequently changing environments

 Ihre Verantwortlichkeiten:

Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für alle Personalangelegenheiten im gesamten Unternehmen, vom Recruiting bis zu den Gehaltsüberprüfungen, Disziplinarmaßnahmen sowie Weiterbildung und Entwicklung.

  • Bereitstellung strategischer und operativer HR-Unterstützung für alle Vorgesetzte und Mitarbeiter
  • Beratung von Mitarbeitern und Managern über unsere Personalpolitik, -praktiken und -prozesse
  • Bearbeitung von Untersuchungen am Arbeitsplatz, Disziplinar- und Kündigungsverfahren, gegebenenfalls in Zusammenarbeit mit der Rechtsabteilung
  • Übernahme und Unterstützung verschiedener HR-Projekte
  • Lösen von Konflikten durch positive und professionelle Mediation
  • Erstellung klarer und präziser Berichte
  • Aufrechterhaltung der Einhaltung von Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsvorschriften am Arbeitsplatz und Berichterstattung darüber
  • Schulung, Beratung und Coaching unserer Mitarbeiter
  • Wahrung der Privatsphäre der Mitarbeiter und des Arbeitsplatzes, Überwachung des Schutzes persönlicher Daten
  • Unterstützung unseres internationalen Teams bei persönlichen Visaangelegenheiten, Rechts- und Steuerberatung, Fragen zum deutschen Recht usw.
  • Durchführung von Leistungs- und Lohngesprächen
  • Unterstützung unseres externen Lohnbüros bei der monatlichen Lohnabrechnung
  • Organisation von teambildenden Maßnahmen und Firmenevents

Ihr Profil:

  • Bachelor-Abschluss in Personalmanagement oder gleichwertiger Abschluss
  • Mehrjährige nachweisbare Erfahrung im Personalwesen
  • Profundes Verständnis des deutschen Arbeitsrechts
  • Fähigkeit, positive Beziehungen zu Kollegen aufzubauen und zu pflegen
  • Erfahrung in der Ausbildung und Betreuung von Mitarbeitern
  • Erfahrung in der Lösung von Konflikten, Disziplinarverfahren und Untersuchungen am Arbeitsplatz
  • Erfahrung in der Beachtung und Einhaltung des Datenschutzes am Arbeitsplatz
  • Fähigkeit, Präsentationen zu halten
  • Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsvorschriften
  • Beherrschung der Microsoft-Anwendungen, einschließlich Word, Excel und Outlook.
  • Kenntnisse der Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Personio oder vergleichbar ist erwünscht
  • Professionelle Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
