Reporting to the Management Accountant, this role will include:

  • Processing of employee expense reimbursement, credit cards, expense claims and petty cash
  • Assisting with posting payments in Data Base and bank reconciliation process
  • Perform creditor reconciliations on a regular basis.

  • Participate in organizations of Campus Events
  • Setting up computers & workspaces
  • Administrate accounts in multiple platforms such as Office365, Adobe, Zoom etc
  • IT Onboarding & Offboarding following a structured procedure.
  • Maintain accurate IT Asset inventory of hardware, software, and other relevant tech tools
  • Participate in all ongoing IT projects with enthusiasm and willingness to learn fast

Qualifications & Education

  • Enrolled in a University working towards your Bachelor / Master, preferably in an IT related subject (Computer Science, Business Information Systems) or Management fields.
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Thorough as well as independent and structured way of working
  • Great level of organisation
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership by approaching and solving challenges.
  • Team oriented, with a “can do” attitude and ability to deliver breakthrough results.
  • Creative, innovative, strong in your initiative, follow-through, communication, and priority-setting
  • Able to play a key role and influence across levels and functions.
