As an Educator, Hamid Azad’s main focus is always on assisting the learners improve their language skills in order to reach their academic goals. Mr. Azad has always been responsible for supporting intercultural experience and enhancing educational experience of international students. Mr. Azad is an English as a Second Language instructor with a broad knowledge base. He has conducted research in various fields, including self and group assessment, utilization of technology in the classroom, the role of Monitoring and Supervision in language acquisition, and the lexical-grammatical interface.
Mr. Azad has 17 years of teaching experience in a wide variety of classes and skills, including Linguistics as well as ESL by the aim of progressing four core traditional skills (reading, writing, listening, and speaking) with grammar both discrete and integrated, content-based classes, and specialized classes such as test preparation and business English. He is an IELTS instructor with practical experience in exam techniques and enhancing the overall score of candidates in IELTS exam.
His competence lies in overseeing strategic planning initiatives and program development to improve overall school performance. From conceptualizing and establishing forward-thinking plans and programs to recruiting, training and motivating outstanding team members and organizing a professional development scheme, Mr. Azad excels at directing strategic enhancements to drive goal achievement while communicating openly and routinely with staff, parents, and faculty. Based on previous relevant work experience in a number of educational institutes, Mr. Azad is skillful in integrating modern techniques and technologies into the current educational systems.
